Customer care has been introduced by the Bank w.e.f. 25.08.2010 to cater the
needs of customers other than routine needs.
1. Customer care E-mail ID and phone No.

2. Customers can send E-mail/SMS to customer care for account balance
and other information, and the required information will be sent
by E-mail/SMS only
3. Account balances/clearing cheques information etc., routine
enquiries/information can be had from the existing phone
Nos.24511322, 24512868 as hitherto.
4. For high value customers advice SMS alerts are available for debit/credit
entries in the accounts. If high value customers opts this facility they will
get SMS alerts from the customer care, when the account is debited or
credited with Rs.1,00,000/- and above.
Under this facility if any customer is wants to be registered, his account number,
mobile nunber, email address has to be registered with the bank.
